That was pretty good, Dean. I had never thought about wearing a mouth guard when going to the showers. Better to take care of your teeth when you are getting your head bashed in.

I still have the chaps that I wore every summer hauling hay as a kid. I tried to put it on the last time I was home, but the belt didn't even come close to making it 2/3rds around my waist.
Before any of you make negative comments about that, I will remind you that I still have my old hay hook.
Yankee, you need to order chaps with fringes, lots and lots of fringes. Then you can go have a beer with us but you are probably gonna need to wear your underwear under the chaps.

I am pretty sure you just broke a few gentlemen rules with that one, Mr oumartin. I am sure your "mama" is the most beautiful and wonderful woman in the world. Congrats on that.
I just don't think I'd ever ask her about "that".

And, I am not totally getting the chaps idea other than hard-working sweaty guys thing and there is a bit of muscle there. But, there is no question that those cheerleaders from whatever state they claim to represent look pretty sweet.

Well, stick with me and I can help you with some gay cowboy/hillbilly/redneck fashion tips. Trust me, Badger will be very impressed.
First of all, the belt buckle needs to be large. It is a statement. Besides that your 12" Bowie knife on your belt may not look so conspicuous in case you need it.
Of course, if you won the belt buckle in a bull-riding or bronc-riding rodeo event that would win you extra bonus points. I am not sure about a belt buckle for rodeo queen or barrel-racing, though.
Outside of that, the belt buckle should be gold or silver and very valuable. You gotta put your money where your mouth or rather someone else's mouth is/could be/would be/should have been.
It really does all start with the belt buckle, not the hat and not the boots.
