I'm not a regular downloader of music but it was more of a live event to see Dash. Dash (from Louisiana) had some great songs - '*****whipped", "True Drunk Love",
"Bum****, Egypt", "Rich Little Bitch", "I'd like to be Locked in a Liquor Store with You", and "Let's Go Smoke Some Pot"(Let's Go to the Hop). Great little 90s punk band - I think they are still around. "Stairway to Freebird" was recorded on their album "Gold Record". But, live, it's about as odd as it gets.

My friend Travis Kidd does a version of "Margaritaville" set to the tune of "Purple Rain". It's the only rendition of "Margaritaville" I can listen to without wanting to murder death kill whoever played it. :D

Also, Tori Amos' Strange Little Girls is chock-full of some bizarro covers.

Mike Flowers Pops - Wonderwall

He only does covers and he does them in the old school rat pack style. For some jacked up reason, his version of Wonderwall was a huge freakin hit in England while I was living there.

C'mon! That hardly qualifies as "Bizarre!" That's one of the best covers of all time. Hell, it made Trent Reznor weep.
