Hate to burst your bubble, but right before Memorial day, as I was driving east in Minnesota, I saw this cat with his thumb stuck out. I stopped, picked him up and gave him a ride as far as Wilton, Connecticut. He had never seen the beach and he was at that imperious age for big cats. Nice fella. Sorry to hear of his demise.

the longest trek ever recorded for a mountain lion....

just how many mountain lion journeys have been recorded? when exactly did they start keeping records?
