Q: "Bob, you're ranked #1 in most preseason polls. . .how do you keep your kids from getting caught up in all that"

A: "Well, in reality, this isn't new to us"

I love when they showed him pissed at Frank during halftime of the Baylor game. Bob is kind of a jerk sometimes, but Frank had it coming.

Do you remember what happened? I was just watching that and tried searching for what happened.

Taken from Bleacher Report so take it for what it's worth. It pretty much jives with what I remember but I didn't look up the play by play.

"Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops looked like he was going to explode right before halftime of Saturday's game with Baylor. The Sooners were up big, still had a timeout and had the Bears back at their own five-yard line. A chance to score again seemed very possible.

Baylor punted on fourth and 25, and that's when the collapse started, when Oklahoma was called for roughing the kicker.

Tack on 15 yards.

Baylor's Robert Griffin then rushed for 21 yards and the Sooners were again penalized 15 yards for a personal foul when Griffin was hit late out of bounds.

That moved Baylor to the Oklahoma 44, but Griffin's pass would be intercepted by Tony Jefferson to end the half."

Some Baylor players came over and started something with Frank, refs broke it up but then Stoops came over and dragged Frank aside. Second greatest Stoops explosion ive seen.

An OU alum and huge fan interviewing Stoops on his first day of his new job. Nice work, Dari!

Was the first greatest when Bomar spiked the ball in the Holiday Bowl?

That was pretty good... but I think when he smoked Broyles at TT that was probably the top. It clearly stuck w/ Broyles, when he saw Stills spike it and was like, "oh man, here it comes"...

Gerald McCoy personal foul vs some weak a** team. Gerald was already off the field and talking to some coach, Bob was asking ref what number and then marched 20 yards down the sideline and Gerald never saw him coming.

Horn fans constantly call that "throwing players under the bus." I guarandamntee you if Mack got onto his players for foolishness, they'd praise him for it. And they would have had a chance to beat us last year if he did. Hugs and handshakes don't get you as far as a true disciplinarian.
