Hope he can at least make a practice squad. He was a legit NFL prospect before the leg issues, so he can recover from that he could definitely make a team.

If he's healed, I have to think he can hang around on this team as a DT. Our defensive tackles are horrid.

If he stays on Houston, i think he'd see more time at DE and not the Nose Tackle. He has always been a pretty good run stuffer, and he can focus on exactly that as a 3-4 DE...leave the pass rushing to the OLB's

I would think that Houston gathered enough info to think he had rehabbed before offering a contract.

i've been pulling for that guy for years. seemed like a charismatic guy that just wanted to tcb on the field.
