How does he have the gall to tell Coach Spurrier they're going to lose and ask him if he'd pick his own team to win the conference?! What's wrong with him?! He's a no-tact moron that needs to get another job. Imagine if Spurrier would've said "No, I don't believe in my own team" and the repercussions of his own players.

He reminds me of that annoying guy we all know and wish would just go away.

If ESPN must have him, here's an idea to boost ratings: Every time Dip Payless criticizes a player, he gets criticized twice as much. And/or have that player show up on the set to defend himself. Better yet, have him and Shrimp Gayness put on the pads and go head to head. That'd get a good rating. Maybe shut him up (a little). He might even think about changing professions.
