Hey nation,

Had a friend showing homes In Dallas yesterday, took her clients to a hornfans home, her clients son turned the horns magnet upside down on the fridge. Later when the hornfan got home he got so pissed off he took his home off the market and sent this email.

my house is NO LONGER on the market. especially to an okie.
I DID NOT APPRECIATE someone turning my horns upside down.
that alone cost you ever showing this house again.......HOOK'EM HORNS
and OU WILL ALWAYS SUCK !!!! YOU AND YOUR CLIENTS HAVE PROVEN THAT !!..

This guy is a retired firefighter.

I think a few okies need to visit his "open house" when he puts it back on the market.

Please Advise

Thank goodness we don't have any oak trees in Norman that we TP after we win a big game. :D

Wow...what an over reaction. I mean if I had the choice in front of me to sell my house to and OU fan or a whorn fan I would for sure choose and OU fan. But that isn't going to stop me from selling the house. I'm sure your relator friend was like "Ohhh, I can't show your house anymore...what will I do?"

Living in the Dallas area, I can believe it. But the rule is you should de-personalize your home before putting it on the market.
DFW is full of Collie aggs, so why is the guy so sure it was a Sooner?

When we finally decide to move, I'm packing all my OU stuff before it goes on the market. I don't want a horn touching it.

Might I suggest that we all pool our money and purchase the existing properties on both sides of this Horn. Can you imagine holidays with all of those decorations? Might even have visits from Sooner Claus..Clark Griswald, you got nothin' on us!

When it comes back on market we're going to pose has buyers and put a OU magnet in place of it . He'll explode!

The Realtor is a friend of mine she told me the story about it. That guys agent called her the next morning bitching about it, then he sends an email to my friend who had shown it. Thats the email that I posted.

If a Horn wanted to buy my home, I'd let him. That would be the worst punishment I can think of in this economy.
