This guy gets permanently banned for taking $110 and committing academic fraud. He sued because UNC only found him guilty of one thing - allowing his tutor to reformat his citations. His lawyer presented the paper as evidence. Then NC State fans googled parts of his paper and discovered that he had plagiarised much of it.
Doh! It would seem that if you plagiarised a paper you might not want your attorney entering the paper into evidence.
He referred to one of the African religions as Mohammedanism, a term that hasn't been used in a long time. He also listed the population as it was about 100 years ago.
