This kid doesn't lift weights but is already got abs even AD would probably take note of. He's also becoming a promoter of fitness for kids...something I don't think we have seen enough of since the President's Coucil on Fitness back in the day.

Anyway I though he deserved mention. Incredible young man IMO.

Man I'm on a roll today. *smh* I didn't mean it like that. What I was trying to say was...nevermind. I don't feel like explaining myself anymore today or giving a history lesson. AND, If anybody was to get offended it would have been me. Put 2 and 2 together and figure that one out.

I don't think a young kid like that will do as well as Joe C. has done. They say fact is stranger than fiction, though...so who knows.

It's true, there are 12 y.o black kids at my gym who bench more than me....I don't know if I should have admitted to that. :O

I'm guessing it's because you are also an aspiring 12 yr old physical trainer and this kid is your competition. YOU NEED TO STEP UP YOUR GAME SON.
