He'll avg less than one per game...

8 is as good as any....

I say his confidence grows substantially this year and he becomes more of a leader. I think he will have less than ten.

Here is a good question also: How many TDs do you you think he will have?

I bet Gilbert throws more in 3 games than Laundry throws all year... just a hunch

well maybe 4 games

eh as many attempts as he will likely have, as long as he continues his trend of more td's and less int's every year he will be golden... i say 39-10

He's gonna need to throw 50 TD's if we want to win 'em all. Not worried about the INT's as Pat Jones says, he keeps both teams in the game.;)

107 TDs and -4 INTs OK OK, I'm a little over excited for football to start. :)

at least 12...he's good for one a game because he usually makes 2-3 inexplicable throws, but one or two always hit some brick handed defender who drops the INT.

He's a little more of a gunslinger than White or Bradford and will probably have to throw the ball more often than them so I would bet he has 11-12. The question is how many INTs per throw and how will that compare to some of OU's greats. Last year Landry had 1 in every 51 throws. He finished with 12 (1 a game). Throwing 50 times a game and only having 1 INT per is not too shabby if you ask me. Sam had 1 in every 60!!!

Hopefully Landry doesn't have to throw it 50+ times a game but if he does, I would love to see 1 INT a game.

My unpopular guess will be something like 38td-13int....and thats only because he will be throwing probably 100 more passes than the next guy in the NCAA, and also I think those quick flat passes will be picked off a few times this year. We got so close to being intercepted on those last year and now defenses have a year to prepare for it.

I bet he throws less td's than last year and about the same amount of picks.

He'll throw 2 or 3 in Tallhassee and average one per game in the rest of them. The FSU speed will be to much for him in game 2 after playing Tulsa.

Our teams reaction to the speed of one team will not be determined by the speed or lack thereof of the team they previously played.

5, before the injury. It's difficult to predict how many games he'll play in after he recovers and how well he'll be able to play in them.

FSU looked slow last year. Part of that was playing in Norman, but one year isn't going to make them much faster.

I know they all go on the QBs side of the ledger but they are not all his fault. It's how many that happen because of poor decisions/execution by the QB that should be judged.

Ok, in these TD's thrown predictions, are you guys counting TD's for OUr opponent? :P

Landry HAS to work on not locking on to a receiver. He doesn't throw a large number of interceptions, but it seems like when he does throw a pick, it goes for 6. I just re-watched Bedlam from last year, and he was staring everyone down. Sean Lewis returned one for a TD.

When he does look off the LB's and Safeties, he is DEADLY! Something to watch this season.

It's great to be right and I don't think you'd have any argument from any Sooner with a brain....I don't get bringing up Gilly and the whorns in a thread about our returning QB.

I say he throws 15 Int. against Ball State in a 40 point win, then he throws for 100 touchdowns the rest of the year. :D

Depends on His OL!! If he has to run for his life... Which he can't run!! He will have a bunch...{15-25} If he can sit in the pocket for 2-3 sec he will pic any team apart...{10} at the most...

You're right about the OL, but Landry can run better than people think, just like Sam could.

42-7....the only time I really see him throwing picks will be on the road. I also know LJ has had some bad luck on good decisions I.e. the stupid int in stoolwater last year
