Not posting any pics, but I am very excited about Tom Wort this coming season. Can he play the entire season like he did toward the end if last season? Wort has a major upside IMO.

Keep an eye on him. We all know he will be the key to the middle. He plays disciplined, OU will be very tough to run on!

this. wort took a lot of heat because of the hype about him coming into the year, but he was an undersized redshirt freshman.

mine would be kenny stills... got his feet wet, had a helluva year, poised for a breakout season. i think broyles could catch quite a few less balls than he did last year and the offense still be better

"your" is the possessive case of the pronoun "you"

"you're" is the contraction of the two words "you" and "are".

you are a college student. i'd like to think that by now you'd know the difference.

Not too surprising since he has been at it for a 3 year span that includes '08. But I was more hoping he could set a single season record for XPs. I'd also love to see Steven's hit a 50 yard FG, although I doubt he be given a chance. Maybe one of those "what the heck" tries at the end of a half.

I would like to see the level to which Trabis Lewis plays. He has been an All-Big XII First Team Selection Twice, Second Team twice, Big 12 Defensive Newcomer of the Year, and Big 12 Defensive Freshman of the Year. That is a lot right there. Just want to see what he does this year:

I for one am thankful Wilson is gone and I'm looking forward to Heupel's run as OC...I thought he did a great job of taking advantage of the Uconn secondary in the bowl game instead of trying to force the run against the strength of their defense. I think he will do a fine job. The fact that Heupel won a National title over a decade ago gives him a pass for little while, but if he sucks then he sucks and that won't be funny cause it will probably mean we lost. I think the offense will be one of the best in the country this year though, just too much talent and I think Heupel will continue to do like he did in the bowl game and take advantage of what the defense gives us instead of pulling a wilson and trying to force something that isn't working over and over.

No #26?? I want to see if he can return to the form he was beginning to show before the injury. If he can, then that goes a long way to #8. Your not going to win a MNC without a strong DL, a solid OL, and an efficient ground game. We are going to need depth at the RB make a serious run (no pun intended) at Bob's #2.

I agree. I can't wait to see what Coach Heupel can do with the talent on this offense. He is my all-time favorite OU player. It just seemed like his force of will to move the chains caught on with entire offense and maybe even the defense to get the ball back in Heupel's capable hands.

I think that the 2001 Orange Bowl and national championship was already won at the coin toss when Torrance Marshall told Chris Weinke "you stole my boy's trophy." That's my all-time favorite quote from an OU player.

Dang, I am so ready for the season to start.

I have a feeling that Heupel will start getting some HC offers after this year. Good for him. He always knew how to move the chains. I just hope that he remembers his home in Oklahoma and eventually comes back.

Who the **** are you talking to, sport?

Certainly not me, because I've been one of the loudest supporters of each person mentioned in your silly temper tantrum quoted above. I know it's obviously hard for someone like you to comprehend but, (get ready, because this will blow your mind), its OK for me to dislike a play without disliking the coach who ran the play.

Here's an idea: next time you see a post, try reading the words in it, an not assuming you have the ability to attribute whole lines of thinking that weren't present in the original comment before you type.

That, or keep making yourself look like a jackass. Your choice.

Whichever RB starts, that's who I'm excited to see. We NEED a great ground game to have any hope of making it to the title game. We have the passing game to back the safeties up, and we have the OL to make the blocks (hopefully). Now we just need a solid RB to break a few arm tackles and be savvy in the backfield to read what he's given.

On D, I'm excited to see Javon Harris. That dude was on fire at the end of the year, and I want to see him explode when he starts the game.
