I think it is funny that the people on that board either completely ignores or is completely ignorant of the fact that their best coach and the person who they named their football stadium after is from Oklahoma and played for the University of Oklahoma. I think what irks them the most is the fact that a much smaller, poorer state is a thorn in their side when it comes to the game of football.

It was especially amazing during the Royal-Switzer feud to hear that from various Texas media types. If Darrell said he never did a thing wrong in his life, and that every kid he lost to OU or A&M was "bought" - they bought it.

The worst of the worst that I've ever seen was a Robert Heard article about how "we don't boo, at Texas." Truly dishonest. Maybe they don't literally boo, but they like their f-bombs and racial slurs quite intensely.

Now THAT has some possibilities! If we got say, 20 fresh longhorn heads and loaded them with blasting caps and then mounted them along the rail at the Cotton Bowl, we could then greet the UT team with a 'wave' of exploding longhorn heads.
That would be truly memorable.

Or we could send Ronnell out to the 50 to reenact the Apopalypse Now water buffalo scene only with a longhorn.
