There are about 18 fans in the stadium for the Women's World Cup semifinal played in a Western country, between two major Western powers.

This puzzles me somewhat. This isn't the WNBA.

Japan vs. Sweeden is still tied 1-1 in the 56th minute. We play the winner Sunday. 2:45 p.m. Oklahoma time if my math is correct

1:45 CDT. I didn't want to play Sweden again, but now I'm not liking the prospects of playing Japan. They're very undersized and quick, but they possess the ball well and tire out opposing teams while waiting for the right moment to attack. We're bigger and more physical, just like Germany and Sweden, but our midfield play often leaves a lot to be desired.

We have Title IX'd our way to the top of womens sports worldwide, hehe. It is absolutely amazing to see how far ahead we are in this sports compared with other countries. The biggest thing I've noticed is speed and endurance. We could run circles around some of these girls at the first minute or the 90th minute.

Our men's team is pretty much the same way.

Thoroughly enjoyed the match. I was biting my nails off for a good stretch of the 2nd half though!
