Kind of interesting our starting DTs would be named Casey and Stacey.

Too many WR. that totals 12 if you have a FB.

A lot of teams list their starting lineups like that if they run out of the shotgun a lot and still go under center quite a bit as well.

What happened to R.J. Washington?

Probably because we start 3 WR most of the time, but we also have Fullbacks that start in certain game situations.

Fleming sure gives our D a nice little kick.

I think T. Frank starts.... Just saying. Doesn't really matter, Norvell does a good job of rotating.

There was a rule change. I'm surprised you didn't know that.

We may go the 2 QB at-the-same-time route. Who you gonna snap too?

Seriously though, right on with the 2-deep. I think Jarvis Jones gets in there when he is healthy.

I believe in the end this will be what happens. He is talented enough that he can earn his way back to being a starter. He was great last year. Now with an attitude, he will be even better.

I'm still trying to figure out what happened to R.J. Washington.

DE will be R. Lewis (if he is eligible) and R.J. Washington, followed by Geneo Grissom...unless something happened to Washington.

Geneo Grissom is supposed to be a beast...he was gonna be in the rotation at DE last year if he wouldn't have gotten hurt. Its not that R.J. Washington sucks, its just we have a lot of talented DE's.

OK. Obviously, he is not a terrible football player, nor does he "suck". In relation to the other DEs on the team, his skill level is not high enough to be in contention for a starting spot. Better?

Yeah, Im sure thats it.

How come Drew Allen doesn't start? Surely it's not because there's a better player that plays the same position as he does. I've never heard of something so absurd. There must be a reason as to why he doesn't start that doesn't involve his skill in the sport of American football.

the whole thing is, you are not on the inside so you have no idea why he doesn't play. could be a million different reasons why he can't get on the field. just to throw a sooner under the bus like that is really weak.

Looks pretty spot on to me. I dont see it being much different than this starting the season. Only thing I can see being different is Lynn starting over Fleming to start the season, I dont see it staying like that though.

RIGHT!! If he really did suck, he'd be playing somewhere south of the Red River. Hook em

Any word on R Lewis? Last week, the word was he is still questionable.

Interesting that Grissom is beating out Washington for the DE 2-deep.

Really, really like not seeing an OL's name twice on the 2-deep. Kudos to Patton for bulding up that group.

Can't wait for September -

If Lynn keeps the starting position over Fleming, he would be awesome. That would allsome!

Soonersports doesn't list Trey Millard on their depth chart. They have Musil and Driskill.

In the spring, they list only the guys who will be participating in spring ball. Trey Millard was practicing without pads due to shoulder rehab. The same goes with Rats.

Also, I really think that we will see a lot of DEs and DTs used this year. Hence, RJ Washington will see a lot of time, as will Grissom, along with Ndulue and Hughes.

To me, Fleming and Lynn are equal, but it is hard to ignore that Fleming is an All Big-12 CB. Wasn't Lynn #1 or #2 in the country as a CB coming out of HS?

Anyone heard anything about the OL? I've heard that we redshirted a couple of our best OL last year and now they are looking good. But I don't know who they are...

Adam Shead, Darryl Williams, and Tyrus Thompson are the three that you are probably referencing. Shead and Williams will likely be second team guys behind Evans and Stephenson, respectively, and Thompson will be in the mix for RT. I think that Alandoye and Johnson are ahead of him, and if Jarvis Jones rehabs, he will likely have to wait to next year. All of them are really good.
