I'm thinking the Old Man may have the cats in decent shape this yr. The Brown bros that transferred in are now eligible, and you know Snyder usually finds the JC help they need...

Here is their slate up to and including OU:

9/3 East. Kentucky (east popcorn st?)
9/10 open
9/17 Kent St
9/24 @ Miami FL
10/1 Baylor
10/8 Mizzou
10/15 @Taco Tech

I don't care what Snyder's bunch are coming into that game. His guys always seem to know something about good OU teams that others don't. It's gotta be what he knows maybe about Stoops (sort of a teacher versus student thing maybe). The game being away from Norman, it IS a classic trap game if there is one at all on this schedule. Tony Jefferson and his guys are talking the talk right now... let's hope they walk the walk. The more we win this year, the bigger that crimson and cream target will be on our backs.

I flip flopped on Baylor a few times. Could go either way. I want to give them the nod, but I can't see them being 6-2 after OU.

snyder is damned impressive. i know he quit in 2005 because kstate was back to being kstate again, but it looks like he gots the kitties back to form.

no reason gameday shouldn't be in manhattan that week. lsu and bama are both off. stanford is at usuc . whisky visits the bucknuts. boise is off and little brother has baylor at home...

Yea if Gatech and Clemson are both unbeaten still..then Gameday will be there to give ACC their due..

I'll admit I didn't think they'd be undefeated at this point in the season (back when I started this thread in July)... But I thought they might only lose a couple games. Now I expect them fo finish maybe 9-3, 10-2...

OSU is going to murder Texas. KSU worries me because there's a chance we don't go up there totally mentally focused, and that's not a good thing to do against a Snyder-coached team.

We aren't unstoppable on offense like we were in 08. However, I like this offense more in some ways because they can fight through adversity. They aren't streaky. The OSU defense won't stop us but they could slow us down enough to win.

oh and I disagree, OSU could beat Texas by 4+ TDs

more than Okie State? you're nuts...Maybe so. But KSU actually has a good coach, unlike OSewe, and a proven record of upsetting the Sooners, something Gundy has never done in any locale.
