I love them both raw but they scare me a little now even after repeatedly washing them in veggie detergent.

Steaming is good, but I am not a fan of soft and limp. I prefer hard and crisp.

Between the two, I have to choose Chinese broccoli in oyster sauce. Then again oyster sauce just defeats the whole idea of a healthy meal and there is a loop going back to the beginning of my post.
