I was gonna suggest the dining car, but then I remembered that Santa Fe don't even have passenger trains anymore. It's a fargin trick question.

Maria's .... blue corn enchiladas, margaritas
Harry's Roadhouse....... turkey enchiladas
Cafe Pasqual
Ore House

As long as you order your meal with green chiles, you can't hardly go wrong. Heck, we had a cheeseburger at Blake's Lotaburger (with green chiles, of course) it was awesome!

Thanks people. You all are the best!

Sounds like Cafe Pasqual's and The Shed are "can't miss" by the masses. Will let you know...

La Choza is The Shed's sister restaurant. The Shed is more famous and more "touristy" but La Choza is where all the locals go. Absolutely fabulous.

Go to Riva Yares Gallery and don't miss the ones on Canyon Road.

Also, eat at El Faro's on Canyon Road. You might see a celebrity in there in the evening time.

We use it every time we travel and it never disappoints. Don't settle for anything less than 4 stars unless you must.

If you want something New Mexican, select a restaurant that is Mexican or American (New).

What's your budget? Will you have a car? What kind of food do you like? In which area will you be staying?
