painkillers, iodine, lighter fluid, industrial cleaning oil, and an array of vials, syringes, and cooking implements

And basically anything with this label on it

Oh I know you werent but its so true that its hilarious to think about. I mean who sat there one day and was like "you know what, lets throw all this stuff together and then inject it into our bodies with dirty needles?"

It's mundane, but when I worked, for two weeks, in Bethel, Alaska, the quaff of choice for young renegades there was Pinesol. The floor cleaner. Now, I enjoy being ****ed up as much as the next man; but that is a whole different league.
Conclusion: there is a subset of humanity that REALLY likes intoxication.

It's actually the large pieces of sediment produced in the crappy manufacturing of this stuff that causes the rot. The sediments block up the capillaries, which in turn kill off the surrounding cells, and starts gangrene.

Desomorphine by itself is really no more harmful than codeine.

A. Junkies tend to spend their monies on drugs, not stuff like filters. They probably use cigarette filters, which don't do anything, really.

B. You can. However, the high is comparable to just taking the cold pills in the first place. Pincushion is where the real buzz is.

C. There are actually worse drugs out there.
