View Full Version : What're your numbers?

On the red bar are links to different parts of SF.com, the non-forum parts. Under the one titled Quick Links, the one at the bottom of the list displays the amount of time in months-days-hours-minutes-seconds you have spent on SF.com and the number of actual days you have logged on here. It also displays where you rank compared to the other members. Shown are the Top 10 for each of these and below that are your numbers (You won't be surprised at the names there).

Unless you take time off and don't log on here for days or weeks at a time, your numbers will change little if at all.

I am 74th in time and 62nd in number of days.

What're your numbers?

I've always wondered how they figure out your time on the board or even who is on the board at any moment. There has to be some type of algorithm that assumes you are not on the board if you haven't clicked a link within a certain period of time.

So am I the only one that doesn't have "quick links" in the red bar? I am not finding it.

Well, it's more of a crimson bar than a red bar.

Not sure how acurate they are, because I often login, read a few, and leave the computer or fall asleep.

I opened it up with IE, the quick links were there.

I'm 128 and 183.

So whats the difference between "spent time on board" as compared to "spent days on board"? I'll take that answer off the air. TIA.

Spent time is how much total time you spend on the forum. Spent days is the just every day you have been on the site added together. I think.

Time on board: 494th, at a week, a day, and a few hours and change...

Days on board: 177th, at 2 years, 5 months, and 3 days.

Quality, b*tches. Not quantity.
