Found this interesting:

Out of the last five years, only tOSU has played in five BCS bowl games.

OU and USC are second with four each.

VaTech has three appearances, as does Texas and Florida.

I couldn't find anyone else with more than two.

I didn't realize it was as exclusive a club as it is. I figured some other teams would have more than two BCS bowls in the last five years.

I'm going out on a limb and predicting tOSU's BCS bowl appearance streak ends this season. Radical, I know, but just a feeling.

LOL True, but they don't seem to be stonewalling now and their hearing is in August. But even if that aspect drags out, I don't see them fielding a team to make a BSC bowl.

Wait a minute, there are no SEC teams in your post. This CAN'T be true.

Jerseys with the BCS game patches yield a higher price or bigger tattoos.

Ohio state and USC don't (well, I guess now they do) play conference championships either. Va Tech and obviously Texas does although they played in 2008 BCS bowl having not won the conference.

Leading in BCS "appearances" just means you're a good team in a sh*tty conference.

The top 3 teams in "appearances" the last 5 years are Big Ten, Big 12, and Pac 10 programs.

SEC beats up on each other, thus they all take turns in the BCS. Or so they say...
