Secretariat still has the Derby and Belmont records and would have the Preakness if the clock didn't malfunction.

His Belmont run might be the most amazing thing I have ever witnessed in sports. 31 lengths going away on a mile and a half track.

I read recently that when the autopsy was done, his heart was 2 1/2 times bigger than a normal thoroughbred's.
