Article mentions the Rams and Vikings as being a couple of the possible teams to move to LA. I don't think that would be a great idea, but not sure which teams would be a better fit.

I think it's crazy not to have a team in LA, but do they deserve one? What about expansion? What city would also be worthy of adding an NFL franchise if expansion did happen?

I don't know if they deserve one but obviously the Rams would have to be LA's first choice. With the Vikings you would have to slowly develop a fan base. If the Rams moved there, the old LA Rams fans would just remember the franchise's time in STL as an blip in the history of LA Rams football.

One thing is for certain, LA would need to build a new football stadium.

Well they do have a design for the new stadium:

I do find it funny that a city that has two men's basketball teams, two baseball teams, a hockey team, a soccer team, a women's basketball team, and two arena football teams has no football team. Who knows, it seems that Los Angeles residents want a football team. Give it a chance. I don't care either way, but if the Rams go to LA it would be fun because I am already a Clippers fan.

If ever they wanted to move a team back to LA (and build a stadium, of course), now would be the time. UCLA has sucked for over a decade and the NCAA sanctions will be kicking USC's *** for at least the next 5 years. Plus all of those people are bandwagon-jumpers, anyway.
