Delaware pediatrician Earl Bradley awaits verdict for alleged rape, abuse of children (http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-504083_162-20070000-504083.html)

I gotta warn you, it's NSFL. The descriptions of what's on the videotapes are quite graphic and disturbing.

It makes you wonder how God could possibly allow a creature like this to exist.

One woman who did not want to be identified but said she was the grandmother of one of the alleged victims said she wished she could shoot Bradley.

before i got to that line, i was thinking they better have good security on this guy, because he's a dead man walking otherwise

Not sure what would be better justice... Putting him in a communal living prison with the inmates knowing what he did, or probation where he gets released to a public that knows what he did. As long as its not solitary, he is definitely getting horrible things shoved in his ***.

i don't even know any of the victims, but i'd have a hard time not administering a savage beating to this guy, given the chance

Those guys get killed quickly in prison.

People like to think this, but it's not quite accurate. The state is obligated to provide for the relative safety of the inmate. If an inmate gets killed, the family of the inmate can sue and win.

He'll be afforded protective custody but that doesn't mean somebody won't try to get at him, but the state has to do anything possible to keep him from getting hurt.

Well, let me restate that smart guy. They get f'd up. I have friends who are prison guards at Dick Conner.

The lowest of the low highly dislike child molesting types.

High profile guys like that don't get touched unless after a while they themselves ask for some lightening of PC restrictions, like Dahmer. Guards don't stay employed for long if an inmate gets killed on their watch.

I work with a guy who spent time in prison. He said they don't try and kill guys like this, but they sure beat the hell out of them and torture them to the point they want to kill themselves.

Heres the deal if you get caught molesting children or with child porn you get the death penalty....Is that simple enough....

why are we even wasting time and money having a trial for this jerk. the cops have video evidence. enough said. just shoot the mother. either that or throw his buttocks into the general population of a maximum security prison and tell the other inmates what he did.

this animal does not deserve to have the luxury of even having a trial. society needs to be rid of this slime and filth.

Alva, OK. MOLESTING MINISTER STABBED TO DEATH BY INMATES. Robert Bruce Brigden, former pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Alva, was stabbed to death by 2 fellow inmates of the Oklahoma State Reformatory while serving a 40-year prison sentence. He was convicted of rape by instrument, lewd molestation, and fondling of 11 girls, aged 4 to 14. (Dallas Morning News)

Exaclty, I think any rape of a child should get the death penalty, at the least I think any violent rape of a child or adult should get the death penalty

I live in Delaware and we are horrified by this crime. I know one of the cops that had to watch the videos is said to be suffering from depression of sorts. One good thing is Delaware has a very tough legal system and this SOB will not see the light of day.

Well then, no point in having a sex offender registry since they all get killed in prison and won't ever molest another kid.

He would have to resuscitate some of them when he was through with them. Unbelievable.

Maybe it's just the way my brain works, but I'm trying to figure out some sort of explanation for his behavior (or even his existence). Certainly, someone wouldn't choose to be this way, right? My first thought was maybe he's retarded or he has brain damage, but he made it through mf'ing medical school. I go through life thinking that there is no such thing as the "boogey man", but then I hear stories like this. It just destroys any hope I have for the future of humanity. How can somebody like this even exist? Am I making any sense?

This. There's more pervs running the street who are ex-cons for being pervs than you can shake a finger at. Here's the deal on this stuff - and some are not gonna like it. Just like a gay person is "born that way" a pedo****wad is "born that way." You're not gonna rehab him. You're not gonna fix him. He's gonna molest again and again cause that's how he's wired. One bullet. To the brain.

What was that movie with Gerard Butler when the two felons rape and kill his wife and daughter in front of him while he is tied up and semi-conscious....then he hunts the guy down and video tapes him cutting the guy up piece by piece while the guy is fully conscious and paralyzed by a neurotoxin but still felt the pain until he died?

That is pretty fair for this guy, IMO.

Law Abiding Citizen maybe?

Yeah at first I was feeling Butler's point of view. Then he started going after everyone involved in the trial. I jumped off that bandwagon. I mean I get where he was coming from. But he went too far. The guy he cut up...yeah justice, IMO. After that...going after the judge, etc.? No. Such a real movie that even though I didn't agree with how far it went, I understand how it could go that far for some people. Not me, but some people.

Crazy people serve a purpose...like when Ted Bundy helped authorities catch that serial killer up in Washington. I mean why kill these serial killers, you can do a lot of research into their psyche and figure out LOTS of ways to combat the future guys. Child molesters offer absolutely NO redeeming qualities. So basically kill the child molesters. Use the crazies for research. Also, does Oklahoma still public urination people on the sexual watch list. If they do...they really need to change that because if a guy got drunk and pissed down town..is much different than a child molester. I don't really mind living by pissing at wrong time guy...

Sorry thought you were you a dude. Who knew?

I'm a dude who worked as a sheriffs deputy in LA county jail for a couple years. We had inmates who had committed worse crimes than this dude. They all made it to trial. My father is a lieutenant at a prison out here and gang members try to kill each other, but sex offenders are segregated as a rule from gen pop.
