I assume that the reporter is Taiwanese because she spoke Mandarin and because the Chinese characters were complex and not in simplified form.

I like the woman's enthusiasm. I was a big Mavericks fan way before before the Thunder. It is their time to get a championship. The Thunder will be there in a few years so I am satisfied with that.
