Why? It is viewed by over 2 billion people on 78 channels in 170 countries and seen live by a 15 million spectators. There is 2400 hours of tv coverage.

DD, I have enjoyed watching it in the past. My Dutch friends are crazy about it. But, it is damaged goods right now. They need to either allow everyone to use performance enhancing drugs (I think most of the good riders are), or figure out a way to properly test for drugs, which is probably impossible.

We can look back at baseball and say that Maris (season) and Aaron (career)are probably the real home run kings, but who was the last legitimate TDF winner?

he (so far as i know) got tested every time.i can't assume he did illegal stuff if they can't prove it.
