and you see a kid driving a nice new car, wearing expensive clothes, and or jewelry. Because of the whole recruiting aspect, you already know his family background and that it wouldn't allow for such items. Doesn't that throw up a pretty big red flag? :confused:

Like Stoops said in an interview... coaches are generally only allowed to see you X amount of hours and it's usually when you've reported to practice in your workout clothes and gear. Though nothing stops them from searching the dorms and being royal jerkoffs to their players, it's still impossible to know what 100 guys are doing, all hours of the day AND be a football coach at the same time. No matter what pretty penny you're paid, there's only so much you can do. It all comes down to educating your players the best you can, keeping your fingers crossed and dealing with problems the right way.

i played poker with Bomar and Quinn one night there before that rule came down though...
