Real corn tortillas. Check. A pan with hot oil. Check. Fry tortillas for a few seconds, then flip it on it's side and make a taco shell. Check.

For real. My tacos don't come from an assembly line.
I used to live across the street from the Old El Paso plant which was actually in Anthony, Texas just outside El Paso.

It happens about 75% of the time. Don't know how you can eat a taco wrong....hold upright, tilt head, take bite.

I tilt the taco, and not my head. Perhaps that is the difference.

Yup, I like them taco shells that stand up on their own. A definite win.

Maybe I fill the tacos too full. If I tilt them stuff falls out.
(who's going to be the first to giggle at that?)
