Wow. Phil is rocking out in the AM. I'm good with all of them except Slick. I've never enjoyed any version of the JA/JS - except this tune:

One pill makes you larger
And one pill makes you small
And the ones that mother gives you
Don't do anything at all
Go ask Alice
When she's ten feet tall

And if you go chasing rabbits
And you know you're going to fall
Tell 'em a hookah smoking caterpillar
Has given you the call
Call Alice
When she was just small

When men on the chessboard
Get up and tell you where to go
And you've just had some kind of mushroom
And your mind is moving slow
Go ask Alice
I think she'll know

When logic and proportion
Have fallen sloppy dead
And the White Knight is talking backwards
And the Red Queen's "off with her head!"
Remember what the dormouse said;
"Keep YOUR HEAD
_______________
Keep your head"

Fit what? Is something going on in the world that I don't know about? I've been in a tractor all day/every day since the day I retired.

Protest me. After breakfast I'm heading out to bale hay all day. Just waiting for the dew to burn off.

Don't know about best ever but the best I attended was probably Cooper's Billion Dollar Baby tour...probably 1973...when he sang 18 he had on an #18 OU jersey...

Trapeze at the Civic Center with The Amboy Dukes as warmup wasn't too bad either....We were about 3rd row...my ears bled...

Man you are going back.

Saw BLack Sabbath and Mountain together in the early 70's at the civic.

I thought Mountain was the better group.

Terrible Ted is going to be at the Firelake Casino here pretty soon. I heard it on the tractor radio.

My top 5:

Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon Tour
David Bowie - Ziggy Stardust & the Spiders from Mars Tour
Alice Cooper - Killer Tour
Deep Purple - with Fleetwood Mac and Rory Gallagher
Kiss - sometime in the mid-70's when all that pyro **** was just coming out

Honorable Mention:

The Who in Phoenix
Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young in Phoenix
Grand Funk in L.A.
Elton John in OKC
Toby Keith in OKC (so sue me, I like Toby)
Black Oak Arkansas in Fayetteville, NC
Lynyrd Skynyrd, Outlaws, Charlie Daniels, Elvin Bishop in Greensboro, NC

Probably a hundred more that were life altering experiences...
