My company has imposed a wage freeze based on the ****ty economy, so I haven't had a raise in 3 years despite the fact that my responsibilities have increased considerably. But my industry hasn't really been adversely affected by the economic downturn and the company is recording record profits. So all things considered, I figure I'm currently underpaid. But I dont blame the company....I could go elsewhere if I wanted an increase bad enough.
