I'm by no means a PETA freak or anything close to that, but people who are cruel like that to animals are bugs.

It would be just fine with me if the abuser was sentenced to receive the same treatment as the animal.

I'd like to kill whoever did this. No punishment short of death would suffice IMO.

Well seeing as most if not all serial killers got their start with animal cruelty...yes this bozo needs to be found. This would be an awesome dog to own though, she is one tough girl and deserves LOTS and LOTS of love...
