Well, I am just north of Hatch as I type this, in Truth or Consequences, and full of all types of chile. I plan to stay that way the entire time I am here.

Tell us what you are going to do with it.Not sure yet. I had a left over NY strip that I grilled last night. I carved it up, made me a beef taco and tested the red chile sauce on it. It was really good. Will have to find a good recipe for it though.
