Then download Google Chrome.

Or FireFox. Then come back and ask about add ons for extra security.

if you trust the website and its content click the box that says don't show me a warning for this program again and then click allow.

theres nothing wrong with internet explorer. i have far less problems using it than i did with firefox or google chrome, just because i can get live support 24/7 with ie.

I'm not familiar with that alert, could be benign for all I know. It could be about cookies or something. Did you just install or update something?

But still, my disdain for IE is well documented here...

Go to Tools, Internet Options, Security, select Medium High.

Then reload Flash.

If you still get the error, uncheck the Enable Protected Mode
