The original Tron didn't rock me either. I guess I just didn't get what distinguished it. I didn't see the recent one.

The original one was mildly creative, for the time. (that was, you must remember, BCG (before computer graphics) we were all excited when neon lights stretched, bent and moved. Woooooow man. And the people, they were, like, absorbed into their computers. Never see THAT theme again.)

The new one was not watched by me.

I saw 10 minutes of Tron and that was it. I've never watched the entire movie from start to finish and didn't see the new one.
