Lobster wishes it was cattle. There are only a few good ways to serve lobster, but thousands and thousands of way to eat good cow.

You're probably right, but this reminded me...

If you get a big ole slab of salmon and nestle it in some foil with Your seasonings of choice, fresh dill, and mango nector, and bake that bastard...it's up there with a good steak.

Good luck finding a fresh cut of salmon around here.

New York Cut sirloin, Prime rib done right, broiled lobster tail, are my top 3 choices. 2nd tier would be grouper, snook, swordfish, scallops and shark

It's out there, but you've gotta search for it. That being said, I love seafood, but nothing out of the water can compare to home-raised beef, properly finished, properly butchered, and properly cooked. NOTHING.

I do like me some S&T though. A good lobster with a good steak is heaven.
