Seems like all Reislings are made by doctors, so what does that have to do with gheys?

Too sweet, but less sweet than a gewurtzmethingygingy. I like Reislings because I've never had a bad one. I much prefer reds of any sort over the whites. Does that make me racist?
Edit: Don't have time to look it up, but are spatlese noodles? Found time, I was thinking of spaetzle for the noodles.
