You fail at basic terminology just as in our previous thread on this subject. For some reason, you really seem to be failing to acknowledging basic terminological realities.

That a loan is subprime is like saying that you drive a sedan. You could be driving a 1977 Pinto or a late model BMW 735.

If the loans are structured correctly, they can be a good deal for everyone.
