Son got one from Santa for Christmas and he lost the brushes for one of the cars. Just found the replacement set of brushes at the hobby Store tonight.

I swear...this reminds me of this guy I knew when I was a kid. He had these Train Sets all over his enclosed 2 car Garage. I was blown away and always wished I could play with it when I went over there as a kid.

My Son is excited we found the brushes but they are a major pain in the rear to get on the car....lol

Anyway...if you ever think about getting one...do it but make sure you have the patience needed as your kids go..."Is it ready yet?" every five seconds....lol

You'd have more time to put it together, if you got off Sfs every once in awhile. Jus sayin. ;)

There was a place down by the old walmart building at the traffic circle in T-town, they had every kind of slot car racer you would want.
Drags, got 'em.....1/64th scale slots....hell yeah, 1/24th hell yeah.

We had those as kids and flat ran them to death, had trains too but my uncle had that train set you spoke of.

It was setup in his garage, 3 different types of trains, with towns surrounding the whole thing..I always loved going in there when he had that thing running.
I swear on a stack of bibles, you had to walk sideways around the ENTIRE room to get around that setup.
I forget when it was but there was a train expo at the IPE building many years ago, a group of men were running a set that would rival what Cecil had....but they were using laptops to control the crossing of the tracks etc.

Kinda ruined it for me seeing it done that way. But it was still cool seeing these old timers having fun just like ya would when we were kids.

Yea but it would keep one armed surfers from just going in circles.

That one armed Bethany Hamilton chick surfs pretty well for a one armed chick...I will bet she doesn't surf while on her period any more.

I raced my old Lotus there that my Dad and I built back in the day. I still have it too.

I've got to go find a couple of Estes Rockets today.

The boy has a Rocket to build.

This stuff is fun. I can actually do it all like my dad did to me and make him wait to figure it all out like I am now. :D ;)

We bought the Blue Ninja yesterday! :D

Never played lawn darts, didn't care to but the football game was fun.
Mine was noisy as ****, I know they usually are but it sounded like a Yugo with a busted connecting rod.:D
