It just ended in Gaystin, 5-2 Sooners. Cows first conference loss this season.

Sooner women lose 2nd game to Texas, 5-3. Horns hit two HRs, that was the difference.

Someone who watched the game live (I watched on GameTracker, so unsure on this) maybe can tell me this:

Trailing 5-3 in the top of the 6th, we get the leadoff batter on, we have Javen Henson, at bat, (batting approximately .121 or close to it), and I would expect Gasso to have Henson try to advance the runner to second by sacrifice bunting. But no, apparently not, she goes down swinging.
We left her on 2nd, after she stole, but could have been on 3rd with one out had we sacrificed with Henson?

Anyone have any comment?

The Texas pitcher is really good, unfortunately...

I was there. I think Henson tried to bunt but missed.

IIRC, the two wild pitches by Ricketts made the difference...I think Texas scored on both (but it could be mistaken).
