On or about May 18th, the Mississippi River is expected to hit its highest level since 1937 and maybe 1927. All river based casinos have been ordered to close on a staggered basis depending on where they are located. That's gonna put about 10,000 people in Tunica County, the nation's poorest county before casinos were allowed, out of work for 3 to 6 weeks.

I guess the Memphis and Arkansas gamblers will just have to head on over to Oklahoma for a while. :pop:

Gotta drive over the Old Man @ Memphis on the 24th, ought to be crazy to see it that high.
