I do have to say I LOVE traitor BBQ. Smittys in Lockhart, TX is heaven on earth.

Yesterday, ate at the Salt Lick (Went to the one in Round Rock this time), I hate saying that something is better in texass, but literally the best BBQ I have ever eaten is put out by the Hawaiian family that runs these joints.
