More than 1 in 4 gets a job.

59000 jobs....6000 capes. Works out to $0.23 per job filled. Now they'll do a million dollar investigation into misuse of funds...lol.

Thank goodness someone will stop those unless capes.

i don't even care about the money, just the fact that some nut thought it would be a good idea to hand someone who is down on their luck a cape and say, "You're Cape-able, now go beat Dr. Evil Unemployment! Yaaaay!"
