Eminent Domain should only be used to build schools, fire stations, etc. That Connecticut case that came before the Supremes a few years ago was a shocking outcome. I felt sure that the takings would be overturned. But since then over 40 states passed laws that said those types of takings were illegal.

Corporations rarely weigh on moral decisions. That is a simple fact of life. They drive earnings to pump up the bottom line. A little old is not going to stand in the way of profits.....sad to say.

If you guys want to vote for Trump then you had better get away from any illusion that he is a nice guy. Trump is as ruthless as the come and he is a street bully. Either get out of his way or get crushed. Maybe he will make a good President but I do not see it. Governing is a completely different animal than running a business. He will not like that he cannot make decisions without being second guessed by congress.

At the end of the day (actually Christmas eve) Democrat George Bailey discovered what he should have already known. The townsfolk loved and admired him, and were willing to come to his assistance. He also found out that God loved him and watched over him, while the same God continued to condemn the evil Republican Potter to his wheelchair.

I don't necessarily agree with Trump and Obama's birth certificate but, really, why won't he show it? There has to be something about it that is pretty damaging.

Remember when the Media hounded Bush about his College grades until he made them available? You don't hear anything about Obama's grades or how Columbia and Harvard was paid for, do you?
