Pros: cheap, plus I could hire all my Posse brethren to run it...

Cons: My Posse brethren would drink up all the profit...

It is a shack. This could be a pro and/or con. But it is part of the appeal.

I saw it in one of those auction ads in the local paper. We may show up at the auction, glance at it, and be gone. Or I may be tempted to stay and drink.

What words of wisdom do my SO peers have?

Ya might as well give all your money to the local beer distributor and tell him to cut your friends off when you've run out of funds.
