I just filled my Humming bird feeder last night, The 1st one is sittin out there in the Hickory tree close to it

Sweet! That means they'll be up here by next weekend (4/16/11). I'll get my feeders up and running today. That way they can hit mi casa for a snack after flying all that way from LeFlore County.

I just bot 2 more, The old one has been in use for about 15 years and is gettin a lil ragged

I may put all 3 out tho .

I saw some feeders at the store the other day. I here if you fill em with alka-seltzer something really cool happens. :D ;)

Momma hung her feeders this past Friday afternoon. Not a single hummingbird yet. Wasps up the ***, but no h-birds yet.

Got back from Fayetteville over the weekend (and I must say, what a great town! it's pretty much the best season of year there with the trees blooming and all, but the town was pretty, the restaurants were great and the people were friendly. Even the women were good looking and down to earth.)

and I discovered wasps trying to nest in the garden shed. Two full cans of long distance wasp spray later, they were dead. all of them.


Probably had something to do with the numerous bourbons me, the two neighbors and my dad were consuming at the time. Shed still smells like poison a day and a half later. I may have overdone things....
