That thing on the top of that 138,226 Burger looks like a Predator Skull.

That was the most awesome/disgusting waste of twenty minutes ever. Some looked better than others, but hilarious all the way through.

Seems that most every epic meal involves generous portions of bacon.

Not that there's anything wrong with it.

You can never have enough bacon.

My gf loves bacon so much, I once made her bacon chocolate chip cookies for her birthday. Not as weird as you would think. Candied bacon, which you bake with brown sugar at a low temperature is pretty sweet. I think they have a bacon sunday at denny's now. That sounds weird....

The first bacon explosion I ever made. It was made the original way with 2 lbs of bacon, 2 lbs of Italian sausage, etc. Since then we've made them using ground beef and cheese, chicken, deer meat...it's hard to go wrong when the primary ingredient is bacon.

Yum, seen that before so I know how to make. How long you cook it for? Just baked it right?

Actually, we've smoked all the ones we've made. Just let it go til it reaches an internal temp of 165. Usually takes between 3 and 4 hours.

You have any idea what I would set the oven on? You don't precook the chicken or inside meat first do you?

Nah, I'd have to research the oven method myself before I did that, but I'm sure it can be done. Most likely it's done on a fairly low temperature.

As for the second question, the only meat that's precooked in the traditional way is the bacon that goes inside. You fry it and then crumble it up and spread it on the Italian sausage before you roll it all up.

Thanks, going to do my google research. I know what I'm having for dinner this weekend.
