Sometimes he was just, like, really fast. Almost a blur. Then sometimes he was really, really slow.

We're goin to miss him big time. It's going to be hard to find someone with his ball control.

the 65 TD video needs a counter... But is otherwise completely awesome, thanks!

what is equally amazing is how few mistakes, fumbles and the like that he made given all the touches he had. He never put us in a bad spot and only helped the Sooner cause.

I do remember AP being hurt for the North Texas opener in 2007. DM scored 5 TD's

This might be my favorite video, EVER. But I've always had a crush on DM. Thanks 75.

The video never shows him catching the ball prior to scoring on a touchdown pass.

In every instance, he ran or leapt over the goalline, never making the catch while in the endzone.

Whenever the ball was thrown to DM, he was either behind or within five yards of the LOS, his passing yardage mainly consisting of YAC.

DM's catches were instrumental in keeping drives alive whenever the wideouts were covered.

When thinking about the coming season, I cannot help but think this is the part of OUr offense that must be reconstructed from scratch.

There is no doubting DM's skills in passing catches out of the backfield. How do his replacements measure up? Can Finch do it?

Finch has injured twice last year.

He also played quite a bit. Just go back and watch all the games you recorded. You'll see.

I'm not sure what this "recorded games" angle is all about. But... well... okay.

And Finch will be better with all the inside type screens. DM was a little too big and didn't have the explosive acceleration to be great with the inside screen game. Not true about the Finchster. We might see the shuffle pass ala Q brought back for him. I think he could be even better at it. DM was so good with that flat rout and the passes outside the tackle because it took him a little longer to get a full head of steam going, but once he did he had incredible straight line speed. And he was big. He was more of a receiver catching the ball than a running back. Not that he was bad with inside screens, but that's why we used him on the outside so much more. Let's hope BW is as fast as we've been hearing. I don't know if the screen game will turn out to be more or less effective, but it will deffinitely be different.

P.S. that cut he made on the Tulsa punter was a thing of ****ing beauty :(

The TDs that he scored against * will always be the ones that I remember best. And of course, the one where he de- helmeted a defensive player.

That video is just a boatload of awesome.

Fairly certain that first Texas game touchdown was full speed as I remember it
