You can only have two meals consisting of 3 things in each meal, including a beverage, and 1 snack a day. These meals and the snack have to be the only thing you ever get to eat in your whole rest of your life.

So...What meals and snack would you pick? :pop:

Yes, I'm bored and lonely for football season, but I'm trying to help us all pass the board time we have in a fun way. :P

My breakfast would consist of a lightly seasoned satellite phone, a lunch of signal flares, flint and matches, a snack of a tarp and rope, followed by a dinner of two way radio, extra batteries, and binoculars.

Breakfast: Hormel Spam. Fruit juice (I only drink healthy drinks)

Lunch: Chef Boyardee raviolis (not the ones with the double meat filling. The original recipe is the best. Why did they mess with perfection? I suppose it was to target the Neanderthals in our society). Fruit juice.

Dinner: Kraft macaroni and cheese. (OMG, if I could eat that every night I would stay on the island even if rescuers came.) Campbell's tomato soup (condensed, it has to make that glop, glop sound when you shake it out of the can.) Fruit juice.

And now a word from our sponsors:

..... I'll have to think about a snack?

MamaMia
3/31/2011, 09:44 AM
So far I can only think of what I would definitely want for breakfast. :)

Eggs Benedict made with Hormel Canadian bacon, poached eggs with the whites cooked all the way on a Wolfermans English muffin topped with home made Hollandaise sauce with just a tiny squeeze of lemon so its not over powering.

Fruit salad that includes grapes, bananas, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, Valencia oranges and honey crisp apples

Large curd organic cottage cheese

Dunkin Donuts coffee with real cream and honey

I would enjoy that every single day :D

Would have to pass on that one...pecans are lethal to me...allergic. You could always pm me his escargot receipe.;)I'll call him Sunday after mass and get it. For a while he was the head chef at the Dallas Golf and Country Club but then he had a heart attack. He was only in his late 30's. So he took this job at a beautiful retirement villa in Garland that had 32 apartments with 45 or 50 residents. The place even had a river running through it. Just beautiful. He lived there as well. He cooked breakfast and dinner for them every night. They weren't use to the luxury of a real chef so they just loved having him.

Now hes semi retired but does a little catering and gives cooking classes from time to time. He also loves driving and boating and fishing. It relaxes him. So sometimes he drives a taxi for a friend of his who owns a taxi cab company. His friend lets him put OU emblems on his cab. He puts OU flags on his taxi during RRR weekend. :D He keeps himself busy. Hes a great guy, your typical Italian chef with the long white apron and curled up black mustache and a great big heart. Hes the perfect brother. :P

Wait.

If I'm on a deserted island, then I don't have to eat healthy foods. Can I change my list?

1. Southwest omelet (w/shredded beef, green chiles, onion, cheese, avacado, and some sort of a southwest sauce), bacon, biscuits and gravy, and potato pancakes.

2. Medium-rare ribeye, lobster, crab legs, shrimp, baked potato, asparagus, salad.

Snack: A "good" set-up from a mexican restaurant....chips, salsa (preferably a little spicy), queso, flour tortillas, and the relish stuff with the jalapenos, carrots, and onions.
