It were several months back , And I aint bought or sold any land out there for almost 30 years.
Just got a call from a Buddy of mine and the same company that leased mine contacted him about a very similar deal

Heh, He just got the initial letter, giving the legal descrition.
It could be a city lot like mine was or up 14 acres on a deal he made ' at 1750 an acre Im hoping its the 14 acres for him ;)
