Not that I think his firing was justified...but thank God. Now those stupid commercials will go the hell away!

Yeah....prob. a bit early for jokes on that subject....Gilbert is a great comedian however.

Note to AFLAC: If you hire Gilbert Gottfried, you get Gilbert Gottfried. (This is the same comedian who got in trouble for his 911 jokes.)

I like him, though. Very funny.

Shouldn't have ever hired him. He's annoying. If you are funny you don't need to talk like that. I guess it's worked for him tho.

I've never cared much for his schtick. It got old after about the first five minutes. I wouldn't miss him if he faded into obscurity.

Probably had to do it. AFLAC is huge in Japan and the Japanese buy insurance like veterans of the great depression.
