9.0 Quake

Gamespot gave it a 9.0, but it was no where near as good as the original. 8.0 at best!

God, I was too. I spent hours and hours on MPlayer and Gamespot playing Quake I and Team Fortress.

Too bad about DoD. I was on one of the first servers to play it when it was released. DoD was such an awesome mod, and I think a little bit ahead of its time. I didn't play Counter Strike very much...never got into it.

MPlayer hosted that Quake 1 "Red Annihilation" tournament. Good times.

You're right about Q2, that was almost as big of a p.o.s. as Quake 4
